feel.jpgI may not have believed in it three years ago or I may have known it under a different label. Either way, I can sense it, experience it, almost touch it at times and feel its ephemeral pull. A part of me that reveals the unseen, a projection of a self that is often veiled or believes it to be concealed. Elusive and untapped, yet with an unmistakable clarity, it softly glows within like a silvery mirror that never lies or a golden reflection that doesn’t blind.

It flutters by when strangers actively seek eye contact then speak, or leave a gentle smile that greets like the crisp morning air. It validates when those I barely know offer thanks for intangible gifts.

Today, I feel it. And I carry it with me like a barometer of well-being. My positive aura.

Awesome post … I love it.

  2. Kamigoroshi says:

That’s what life should be all about. Rather, what’s living is all about. You go girl!!

  3. Cléa says:

EM: Thank you. Nothing like celebrating Feeling Good.

Kami: And if we can hold onto it when life isn’t so positive.

  4. Gorilla Bananas says:

I guess you got out of bed on the right side! It’s sound like you’d be a good companion right now.

  5. Grad School Reject says:

I am glad that you have the positive aura.  That is exactly why I came by - I really need some right now.   Also, I may need your arse kicking boots.

  6. Zen Wizard says:

That reminds me: I have a 2-o’clock appointment with my Aura Adjuster.

  7. egan says:

Did you skip instead of walking?  I know when I’m feeling it, I skip.  I could be exaggerating a bit, but let’s go with it.

  8. Cléa says:

Gorilla B: Either that or something sparked within. And you’re right, I have been good company because of the way I’m feeling.

GSR: Good to see you again! Want to borrow some? It works like a boomerang, what goes around comes around. But I’m afraid I have small feet so to borrow my arse kicking boots, means you get to borrow me and let me do the arse kicking. Deal?

Zen: I have the 2.36 pm appointment, in case you’re running late.

Egan: Actually, I had a spring in my step, a swing of the hips, which is to say I metaphorically skipped. So, let’s go with yes.

  9. Kamigoroshi says:

We can but try or at least remind the ones we care for to do the same thing too when they are down.

  10. Cléa says:

Kami: Or ask them to remind us of our positive aura.

  11. Grad School Reject says:

Don’t worry, I have small feet too….wait….I mean - I have very large feet.  And hands.  You believe me, right?

  12. Cléa says:

GSR: Small hands and small feet and small hmm… Are you sure you wouldn’t want me to don my pointy boots and do some arse kicking by proxy? Sure… I believe an-y-thing.

  13. gboy says:

Dare I say it? Your luck is changing Cléa? Perhaps you made it change… ;)

  14. Cléa says:

Gboy: I don’t know about luck. I feel it’s something within, a positive energy that radiates and people react to it. I’ve tried in the past to harness it, when I didn’t have it, and it’s hard work. When it happens on its own, I know all is very well, and it makes me feel good.
